It’s your choice: Use e-mail, the phone, or meet with one of your service specialists. Whichever you choose, we’ll review your specifications to ensure they translate into great finished work. Then we’ll make our vast library of paper, ink and finishing samples available to you, create paper “dummies” to help you visualize the job and begin to “flight” your job so your digital files are optimized for production.

You’ll see comparative pricing schedules so you’ll know your costs are fair and under control; you’ll be able to examine work proofs so you’ll know quality standards are being observed. And if warranted, we’ll make press checks when jobs are complex or require special craft skills. Once a job is completed you’ll have the peace of mind of knowing it’s gone into the mail and to the right recipient – all under the supervision and direct control of your representative from RPJ Associates. And when everything is complete and your project “put to bed,” you’ll receive one easy-to-understand invoice from RPJ instead of a blizzard of undecipherable bills from vendors in far away places.
